salad

275 (10oz) small
frankfurters
-
1 onion, thinly sliced
-
1 small cucumber, cut
into thin matchsticks
-
2 tomatoes, cut into thin
wedges
For the dressing:

Method:
-
Arrange the salad around the edges of a serving
platter and set aside.
-
Make the
dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a
large bowl. Set aside.
-
Heat some
water in a saucepan and boil the sausages until
cooked through, usually around 4 minutes.
-
Remove from
the water and slice into rounds.
-
Place the
sausages in the bowl with the dressing. Add the
onion, cucumber and tomato, and mix well.
-
Turn out on
to the platter and serve.
