Ingredients

6 large lettuce leaves
-
150g (5oz) canned
tuna
in oil, well drained
-
5 small red shallots, thinly sliced
-
2 heaped teaspoons grated ginger
-
1 young lemon grass stalk, thinly sliced into rounds
-
2 spring onions, roughly sliced
-
3 small red chilies, finely chopped
-
1 tablespoon fish sauce
-
1 level teaspoon sugar
-
1 tablespoon lime juice
Serves

Method:

Arrange
the lettuce leaves
on a serving
platter and set
aside.
-
Flake the tuna
into a bowl.
Add all the remaining ingredients and stir
well.
-
Turn out on the platter with the lettuce and
serve.
