Tropical Fruit Salad (Hua Qua Tron) Recipe
Ingredients

1 small pineapple,
peeled,
cored and cubed
-
1 ripe mango, peeled, sliced from stone and roughly
chopped
-
2 large bananas, cut into thin rounds
-
10 lychees, outer shells and stones removed, then
quartered
-
1 orange, peeled, broken into segments and
roughly chopped
For the dressing:

Method
-
First make the dressing: heat the water and dissolve the
sugar, then add all the other ingredients except the
lemon juice and mint. Stir well and leave to cool.

Arrange the fruit in a serving bowl. Add the lemon juice
and chopped mint to the dressing. Stir well, add to the
salad and mix well.

Chill in the fridge before serving.
