Ingredients
Method:
-
In a small
saucepan, mix the flour and water and cook very
slowly, stirring to prevent lumps forming, until
thick.
-
Divide into two
portions and add the food coloring. Push the paste
through a coarse strainer held over a dish of iced
water.

The paste will
break into small beads. Alternatively, pour into
separate dishes and leave to set, then put into
small bowls.
