Noodles And Rice Recipes - Fried Rice Noodles With Barbecue Pork

Ingredients

  • 125g (4 oz) rice stick noodles

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 180g (6 oz) Chinese roast/barbecue pork, sliced

  • 2 spring onions, chopped

  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

  • coriander leaves


Method:

  1. Soak the noodles in hot water to soften, drain. Heat the oil and fry the noodles for 3-4 minutes until just cooked through.

  2. Transfer to a plate. Stir-fry the sliced pork and spring onions in the same pan, adding more oil if needed, until the onions soften.

  3. Add the sauces and toss over high heat for 30 seconds. Spoon over the noodles and garnish with coriander leaves.
