Dip (Nuoc Cham)
Ingredients

1 small red chili, finely
chopped
-
1 small clove garlic, finely
chopped

1 tbsp sugar
-
3 tbsp fishy sauce (nuoc mam)

3 tbsp water
-
1/4 small lime, squeezed
Method:
-
In a
mortar grind the chili, garlic and sugar to a
paste, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
-
Store in the refrigerator in a tightly closed
bottle.
