Ingredients

cm(4 inch) piece giant white radish

tbsp oil

lettuce leaves

stalks celery

medium red onion

large fillets white fish, fried

(1 oz) dried squid (optional), soaked

cloves garlic, thinly sliced

fresh red chilies, thinly sliced

spring onions, shredded

tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed

small bunch coriander leaves and mint

krupuk, freshly fried
Method:
-
Shred white
radish and boil quickly in a little water with oil
added/ Wash lettuce, dry and arrange on a serving
plate.
-
Wash celery and
slice thinly. Peel onion and cut into thin slices,
then break into rings. Arrange celery, onion and
radish on top of lettuce.
-
Cut fish into
small, thin slices. Shred dried squid, if used.
Place fish on top of vegetables. Scatter garlic,
chilies, spring onion, peanuts, coriander and mint
leaves over salad. Surround with krupuk.

Mix sauce
ingredients together and serve separately.
